This company based in Fairview NC specializes in triage training for nurses around the world. But they did have Microsoft office for business pro and I told him the positiveness of having the ability to use their OneDrive technology, which is a cloud base online storage and collaboration services. So we are in the process of uploading all the folders and files associated with their business on the cloud. This eliminates the issues with the server. They were having problems with QuickBooks on their server because of the unreliability of the operating system. I also recommended QuickBooks cloud service for business. They couldn't believe how easy it was to migrate to the cloud and now their accountant doesn't even need to go to the office to do any bookkeeping.
Up-Grade all Computers and go Wireless
Next step, we are going to upgrade all the operating systems to Windows 10 Pro and all computers and devices are going to be wireless as well. So my job is to make sure that the wireless network is going to be super secure and bulletproof. All printers work. So far this client is so happy with the results and progress.
