I received a call from a small local Asheville investment group inquiring about purchasing Bitcoins and other cryptos and setting up the hard wallets. This project started in July 2019. They watched a lot of YouTube videos about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency but had no clue about how to go about it. After finding my website and reading a few of my blogs about previous setups of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for several clients, we set an appointment for the following Tuesday. Once there with the investment traders, we talked about their needs.
This group was willing to invest six-figure into Bitcoin and also Litecoin. So after I gave my presentation about what I can do for them in cryptocurrency, we got started that day! I set them up with three of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges. First was the Coinbase Exchange and then Gemini Exchange and the Binance Exchange. After about six hours of sending these exchanges, identification information of the business and getting verifications we had to wait 24 to 48 hours. Once we were verified, it was time to link the bank accounts holding the funds to purchase these cryptocurrencies.
All Done with Bitcoin and Litecoin, in the Wallets
This project took about six weeks to accomplish. After we had all the Bit and Lite coins, it was time to get the Bitcoins and Litecoins out of the exchanges and into hard wallets. We used Ledger Nano S for this. This group was thrilled not only with setting this all up but also learning about what cryptocurrency was.
